The Young Adult Life Skills Network

Adaptations, The Young Adult Life Skills Network, is an exciting program for adults in their 20s and 30s with developmental and/or learning disabilities and a high level of independence. Our program is a place for individuals of all backgrounds to socialize, learn, grow and deepen their connections to one another and the community. Our Social Learning Group provides participants with an opportunity to further develop understanding of social cues and skills to decrease anxiety in various situations. Adaptations also offers opportunities for social and recreational activities, trips, vocational support, dating and more. Through our partnerships and programs, Adaptations provides multiple pathways to fostering independence, finding your passion and experiencing the richness of community.

For more information or to schedule an intake, please contact Dorsey Massey at dmassey@jccmanhattan.org or (646) 505-4447. Intakes conducted in March, June, August, and November.
